Background Information

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, our doctors manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Our doctors practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They can also diagnose and treat facial pain, and facial injuries, and performs a full range of dental implant procedures.

Our doctors and staff are trained to administer I.V. anesthesia within our state of the art office setting, which is certified by the state Board. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. In addition, general anesthesia provided by a board certified anesthesiologist is available in the hospital setting.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at EOOMS is experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of I.V. anesthesia and surgery. All staff is informed administrative personnel, well versed in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.
