Meet Heath Evans, DDS

Early Life & Education
Dr. Evans was born and raised in Tulsa. He attended Union schools through the freshman year of high school, at which time he transferred to Cascia Hall.
After graduation, Dr. Evans attended Villanova University, just outside of Philadelphia, where he played football while pursuing his degree in chemistry.
He graduated Cum Laude and chose to continue his studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
Throughout dental school, Dr. Evans was active in multiple campus organizations, including the American Student Dental Association, and served as vice president of his class.
Surgical Training
Upon the completion of dental school, he pursued his passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center in New York, where he was exposed to all aspects of the specialty.
Professional Career
Following residency, Dr. Evans and his wife, Michelle—also from Tulsa—returned home to raise their family and be closer to relatives. He is proud to be a part of Eastern Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Evans serves on the Tulsa City-County Board of Health and is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the OU College of Dentistry.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and holds hospital privileges at Hillcrest South.

Personal Life
During his residency in New York, Dr. Evans married the love of his life, Michelle. Together, they have been blessed with three children—Camden, Jade, and Drake.
Outside of work, Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and sports.
